What’s Included in Our 3 Phase Construction Clean-Up Package?

Phase 1: Pre-Installation Clean (Heavy Debris Removal)

  • Remove large debris (sawdust, drywall chunks)

  • Vacuum/sweep rough floors and surfaces

  • Wipe down surfaces to remove coarse dust

  • Dust and wipe cabinets, countertops, and fixtures

  • Clean windowsills, baseboards, and door frames

  • Vacuum/mop floors to inspection standard
